Namaste yogis!

After many years I've finally taken the advice of family and friends and have decided to update my website. In the meantime, I've been hard at work creating my first self produced instructional DVD called Yoga on the Edge. Shot on location in the Bahamas, this spontaneous and soulful practice will be the first of many! Purchase your copy here. Trying to teach yoga to celebrities coming off of hard substance abuse is Reality TV at its finest! Lastly, I've set up a New Year's Detox retreat at the beautiful Villa Ananda Spa in Mexico. This will be an opportunity to learn about the science of Ayurveda, receive Panchakarma (detoxifying treatments) and practice yoga specific to cleansing the body- all of this, right on the beach!
